Which technique is right for you

Thai uses assisted stretching and rhythmic compression along the body's energy lines — best after long flights or heavy training weeks. Shiatsu works precise points without oil. Swedish is the smoothest of the three: firm, flowing strokes with oil. Tell your therapist how firm you like it and they will take it from there.
