This notice explains what Lâm Nhung Spa collects when you use this website or request a booking.

Booking information
When you request an appointment, we receive your name, email, phone number if provided, preferred contact method, treatment, visit time, guest count and any note you choose to provide. A phone number is required when you choose WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE or a phone call; it is optional when email is your preferred contact method. We use this information to handle booking requests, contact you about your visit, provide support and protect the service. An accepted request is not a confirmed appointment. For how booking and newsletter submissions add your email to our promotion list, see Promotional emails below.
Analytics and advertising measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics and any configured advertising tags may measure page visits, campaign sources and booking actions. Booking conversion events contain only a coarse accepted-or-duplicate outcome; we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, treatment choices, guest counts, booking references or notes.
Cookies and local storage
The site saves your language, currency and privacy preference on your device. Optional measurement tools load only after you accept them. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time.
Sharing and retention
Booking details are shared only with the spa team and service providers needed to deliver email and website operations. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for bookings, support, security and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete booking information, or withdraw optional analytics consent. Declining optional measurement does not affect your ability to browse or book.
Promotional emails
Submitting a booking or the footer newsletter form adds your email to our promotion list, so we can occasionally send offers. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us directly to be removed.
